I have learned many things from my adventures on my own two feet, met many people, had life changing experiences, and realized what true happiness is like. In finding those moments, I want to capture them. I want to create a memory through a picture that I can hold on to. Too many times I think we let moments pass by without a means of recollection, so the memory becomes hazy, unclear.
Living this lifestyle of a vagabond hiker is, in my mind, one of the last true forms of freedom out there that I think everyone should have the opportunity to experience. There are so many beautiful places, things and people out there. All you have to do is go find them.
My name is Justin. People on the trail call me 2Taps. 23 years old, soon to be 24 from Wisconsin, I completed a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail in 2016 and am currently attempting a thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail. I hike, take pictures, and try to live life one resupply at a time.
